By using Scribble Siege you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The game

Scribble Siege is free to play. Optional purchases are cosmetic or remove ads; they never make your drawings stronger or change the game rules. Leaderboards, daily challenges, siege battles and other online features are provided as is and may change, pause or end at any time.

What you draw

You keep the rights to your drawings. When you use a drawing in an online mode, you allow us to store it, show it to other players in the game and on its leaderboards, and use it to verify results. Do not draw anything offensive, sexual, hateful, or that copies someone else’s protected work, and do not write text in drawings to cheat the judging. We may hide or remove drawings, and limit or block wallets, that break these rules. Players can report drawings they find offensive.

Fair play

Do not cheat: no tampering with the app or its traffic, no automated drawing or input (for example scripts or bots), no exploiting bugs, and no using many wallets to manipulate rankings or battles. We verify results on our server and may remove results or block wallets that break these rules.

Your wallet

Signing in only signs a text message. The app asks your wallet to sign a transaction only when you buy something in the shop, and your wallet shows the amount before you approve. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. We cannot recover wallets.

Shop purchases

Shop items are paid in SKR on the Solana blockchain at the price shown in your wallet when you approve. Items are linked to the wallet you signed in with. They are a license to use the item in Scribble Siege, not a token or NFT: they cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for money, and have no cash value. Prices and the item catalog may change. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you paid but did not receive an item, contact us with the transaction signature and we will fix it. If the game is shut down, items may stop being usable.

Seeker login rewards are given for free to Seeker Genesis Token holders, once per token, and may change or end.

Prizes and events

Unless an event page says otherwise, leaderboards and seasons award only in-game honors and cosmetics, with no cash value. Any event with prizes will publish its own rules, which take precedence for that event.

Content you share

Gallery images are created on your phone and shared only by you. You are responsible for what you share and where.

Ads

The app shows ads from third parties: optional rewarded ads, and interstitial ads between matches (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for advertisers’ products or sites.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
